This experience spans real-world crisis response — including EOC direction during major weather events — and program-level work building hazard mitigation strategies, training plans, and after-action processes.

Though rooted in California, CRS proudly partners with organizations across the country. We founded CRS to bring operational rigor to municipalities, special districts, utility operators, and healthcare facilities nationwide — organizations that need dependable, experienced emergency management support and often can't justify a full in-house team.
